Home Recording Class

Learning to record music at home is usually a trial and errror, learn-as-you-go scenario. Lots of time gets wasted, leaving the home recording musician frustrated. Luckily, we have the tools to teach you everything they need to know about recording and mixing songs at home. From how to properly mic your instruments to how to mix your compositions, you will be recording music in the comfort of your home with ease.

The course consists of 10, one-hour lessons taught by Logic Pro Certified 7, 8, and 9 instructor, Brian Cook.  Topics covered will include the use of audio software (i.e.GarageBand), the use of audio interfaces, recording audio, MIDI, EQ-ing, adding effects, and more.

 The small class sizes allow students to pursue independent work, making the course useful both for those just starting out as well as those who want to take their existing recordings to the next level.
